18-24 year old woman with breathing problems and cosmetic concerns of nasal hump and bump along bottom of nose. Septoplasty for breathing with spreader graft placement. Rhinoplasty to address dorsal nasal hump, "dangling" columella (central lower portion of nose between nostrils best seen on lateral views), and slight narrowing of nasal tip.
