36 year old mother of twins underwent a Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty) + Breast Augmentation with silicone implants. Patient was unhappy with her loose skin and abdominal bulge and wanted to restore the flat, defined abdomen she had prior to getting pregnant. She always wanted to have natural looking larger fuller breasts to fill out her clothing better. Post operative photos taken eight weeks after surgery.
