Rhinoplasty | Case Details
25 year old underwent Open Rhinoplasty Surgery. Patientdid not like the small bump on top of her nose, and wanted the tip of her nose lifted and smaller for a cute profile. She wanted the top of her nose straight, and the bump on her nose lowered. Her portrait appearance (from the front) was OK for her, and she wanted only subtle change to maintain the basic character and identity of her appearance. She wanted a natural rhinoplasty result, with authentic harmony between her nose and other facial features. There are only small changes in her nose from "before" to the three months "after" photo, but for many women, "less is more," that is, only small changes offer sufficient impact for a significant lifelong difference, and benefit. She was pleased with her result.
