38 year old mother of four underwent Breast Augmentation + Circumvertical Lift (Mastopexy) with silicone implants to improve the overall appearance of her breasts. Patient was unhappy with the sagginess and lack of fulness in her breasts after fluctuations in her weight and breast feeding her children, and wanted fuller, perkier breasts.
