35 year old mother of twins underwent Breast Augmentation + Circumvertical Lift (Mastopexy) with high profile silicone implants to improve overall appearance of her breasts. Patient was unhappy with the sagginess of her breasts and the size of her areolas after nursing her twins, and wanted to have fuller, perkier breasts. Post operative photos taken three months after surgery.

Age: 35
