37 year old mother or two underwent a Fitness Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty) and Breast Augmentation with silicone implants. Patient was interested in a Mommy Makeover to restore her pre baby body by achieving a flatter, more defined abdomen. Post operative photos taken six months after surgery.
