This patient had an overly-projecting nasal tip, low hanging columella, and septal deviation. Significant nasal tip de-projection was performed. The overall goal is a conservative change of her nose to result in a natural appearance of the nose which is smaller in all dimensions and fits her face. Spreader grafts were also performed to improve breathing.
