Facelift | Case Details
This 87 year-old woman is in excellent health. She had a face lift and chemical peel elsewhere several years ago. She wishes to obtain additional improvement . She had subcutaneous undermining of the skin in the crow's feet area and modification of the muscle responsible for the crow's feet. SMAS was imbricated. A piece of composite graft obtained from the face was used to correct the indentation in the cheek in front of the left ear. Part of the incision is at the temporal hairline to prevent further shift of the temporal hair.
