This young woman had undergone breast augmentation 10 years ago with saline implants. The implant pockets were made far too wide resulting in too much space between the breasts/cleavage. With the breast implant exchange surgery, the saline implants were replaced with moderate profile silicone gel implants. Both implant pockets were resized and repositioned. The patient is very happy with the contours of her breasts and her natural looking cleavage.
