This woman was unhappy with the shape of her breasts following two pregnancies, each of which left her with significantly larger breasts. After a mastopexy also known as a breast lift, her nipples are lifted, her breasts lifted and tightened and she now has upper breast fullness again. She maintained her C cup bra size.
