Male Breast Reduction | Case Details
This is a 15-year-old male who presents for gynecomastia. He has adolescent gynecomastia. He never takes off his shirt due to intense embarrassment. He is uncomfortable wearing tight shirts. He does have some breast pain. He underwent gland excision and suction assisted lipectomy with 450 cc removed from his right and 400 removed from his left. He underwent 230 grams of breast tissue removed from his right side and 219 grams of tissue removed from his left side. His photographs are taken 7 months after surgery.
