Eyelid Surgery | Case Details
A man in his early 50's who wanted to look more rested but not have a "surgical" appearance. In addition to settling of his brows, his face has lost volume as part of the aging process. In order to correct his deformity but not create another deformity, it is important to reposition what has dropped and add volume where volume has been lost. He is shown before and again, 5 months after an Endoscopic Brow lift, upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty, bilateral lateral canthopexy ( a tightening of the "corners" of the eyelids to prevent drooping after surgery) and microfat grafting to the mid face
