This patient is a 58-year old woman who complained of a drooping neck and upper eyelids. Her lips had also thinned with age, and she had fine line wrinkles around her mouth. Dr. Mills lifted her neck and lower face with a SMAS Facelift, and removed extra skin and fat from her eyelids with an Upper Blepharoplasty. He injected some of her own fat into her lips for a fuller, younger look, and used Dermabrasion to smooth the area around her mouth.
