This patient had pervious nasal injury. His main concern is the hump, the narrow width of the mid-portion of the nose, and the wide tip. His operation included harvesting of nasal septal cartilage, hump reduction, widening of the mid-portion of the nose with spreader (cartilage) graft, reshaping of the tip with trimming, suturing and cartilage graft.
