Rhinoplasty | Case Details

This young woman came to my Southlake office wanting to change the profile appearance of her nose. She liked the appearance of her nasal tip, but asked to remove the dorsal hump. I performed a closed rhinoplasty with dorsal height reduction and infractures (to narrow the middle portion of the nose.) She is shown 6 months after surgery (still with edema), but quite happy with the changes.

Age: 17

Location of Incision: closed/intranasal incisions only

Components of Procedure: Dorsal Hump Reduction, Lateral Osteotomies, Infracture nasal bones

Months between operation and 'after' photos: 6
