This patient in her 60’s is concerned about aging changes of the face, neck, and lines around the mouth. She was in stable health condition. After appropriate medical evaluation and clearance, she successfully underwent face lift with SMAS flap, neck lift, and circumoral dermabrasion.(See description of the procedures under other cases of face and neck lift.)
