Facelift | Case Details

This patient has reasonably good facial skin. She wished to improve the aging changes in the face, neck, and eye lids.

She underwent two layered face lift, neck lift, and circumoral dermabrasion. (See description of the procedure under other cases of face and neck lift.).

She also had upper and lower eyelid surgery.

Smoking History: Non-smoker

Type of Operation: SMAS elevation and rotation

Ancillary Procedures Used: Blepharoplasty, Open submental plication

Perioral treatment: circumoral dermabrasion

Months between operation and 'after' photos: 18
