This gentleman wished to improve the appearance of the upper, lower eyelids, and the upper cheek area, where there was some “baggy” appearance.

Upper lids were treated with the removal of redundant skin.  He also underwent transblepharoplasty  cheeklift, which was performed through a lower lid incision to mobilize the skin and soft tissue of the lower lid and upper cheek.  The soft tissue is suspended securely to achieve smoothing effect in the lower lid and cheek area.  This procedure tends to produce more prolonged swelling than the standard lower eyelid procedure.
