This gentleman wished to improve the appearance of the upper and lower eyelids. There was loose skin and fullness in the inner aspect of the upper eyelids. The lower lids had “baggy” appearance and loose skin. Skin and fat was reduced in the upper and lower eyelids. The fat was removed through an incision on the inside of the lower eyelids. Skin was removed from just below the eyelash lines.
