This patient lost 220 pounds from dieting. She has developed low brow position and redundant upper eyelid skin. She underwent a facelift, a neck lift, an open (non-endoscopic) forehead lift and an upper eyelid surgery. Portion of the incision for the forehead lift is located at the hairline of the forehead in order to avoid hairline shift in case of large skin excess.
