This 39 year old woman gained 25 pounds over a 4 year period. She had previous liposuction of the outer thighs and the front of the thighs 15 years earlier. She underwent liposuction of the entire abdomen, hips, waist, flanks, lower back, localized areas in the front of the thighs and inner thighs. Ultrasound assisted lipectomy (UAL) was performed with Lysonic 2000 ultrasound machine around the entire trunkal area. The surgery removed 1950c.c. of fat. One year after the surgery, the patient weighed 138 pounds.
