This 29 year old woman wished to reduce the size of her lower body which was disproportionally large. She underwent standard liposuction technique. She received treatment in the waist, hips, buttocks, entire front of the thighs, knee and the back of the upper thighs. Total amount of fat removed was 4600c.c. Ten months after the surgery, she weighed 154 pounds.
