Facelift | Case Details

This soon to be octogenarian wished to look younger. She was in stable health condition. After obtaining appropriate medical evaluation and clearance, she successfully underwent face lift with SMAS flap, neck lift, endoscopic forehead lift, and circumoral dermabrasion. She had eyelid surgery in the past. (See description of the procedures under other cases of face and neck lift.)

Smoking History: Non-smoker

Type of Operation: SMAS elevation and rotation

Ancillary Procedures Used: Endoscopic browlift

Perioral treatment: circumoral dermabrasion
