Neck lift
Arm LiftMember Response:
Hello, The type of neck lift performed varies in complexity as it will also vary in cost. Sometimes the skin can be tightened non surgically to more invasive having your muscles tightened and skin cut out surgically. Meet with a few board certified plastic surgeons and share your concerns so they will make appropriate recommendations to specifically address what you want and give you an exact quote for the procedure that is recommended.
Too small after Breast Reduction
Breast AugmentationMember Response:
Hello Ms Nicole, I am sorry you are unhappy with your size. Focus positive energy on healing as best as possible and recovering from a major surgery. Give yourself time to live with your new breast size before convincing yourself you need to change anything. I recommend waiting a year to allow your scars to heal and breasts to settle . At that point you can determine where you want more volume if that is still the case. Breast implants and fat are the main options you have to add volume.
How much pain can you expect after a breast augmentation surgery?
Breast AugmentationMember Response:
Hello Ms Quebec, The discomfort after breast augmentation varies between persons and surgeons. My patients do great with a long weekend off to rest and ice. The discomfort can be treated with nonopiod medications and if you are hesitant to have the procedure there are alternatives. In addition try to find a surgeon who takes time to handle your tissues with gentle care as well as makes time to place numbing in your pocket and tissues. You should not need strong pain medication after one week and most patients use it for the first few days so if you need it fill it and use it then throw out what is left once your recovered. Opiod is usually an issue with chronic pain but not an issue with breast augmentation. Always share your concern with your surgeon. Best of luck!
