Raised in Upper St. Clair, a suburb of Pittsburgh, Dr. Pautler was valedictorian of her high school class and is in the Upper St. Clair High School Hall of Fame for academic excellence. After graduating magna cum laude from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service, Dr. Pautler received her medical degree from Columbia University’s College of Physicians and Surgeons. She then trained in general surgery at Yale New Haven Hospital in Connecticut. She also completed a fellowship in plastic surgery at the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center.

Now with more than 23 years of surgical expertise, Dr. Simona V. Pautler offers a broad range of facial and body procedures to help reshape, restore and rejuvenate her patients. She is known for her beautiful results and warm approach. "My aim is to educate my patients about what is possible, transform them into the best version of themselves, and help them maintain their results," she says. Dr. Pautler is meticulous, and passionate about her work and offers honest and upfront discussions with her patients about what to expect. 

When she's not in the operating room or seeing patients in the office, Dr. Pautler enjoys the outdoors with her husband and four children. She keeps in shape with CrossFit, playing with her German shepherd Rogue, and RV’ing in state and national parks.
