Dr. Noel Natoli is a board-certified plastic surgeon at Long Island Plastic Surgical Group (LIPSG). She performs a wide array of plastic and reconstructive procedures, with an emphasis on breast reconstruction, cosmetic breast surgery, and female rejuvenation. Yes, I see no problem with this. The issue can be sometimes folks do microblading and their brow is not in the right position to start , which if corrected later results in tattoos placed too high. Enjoy!
