I only have positive things to say about this practice. From my initial consultation and now during the post operative stages (breast lift with implants), Dr. Wright and his staff have been easy to contact, and all my questions have been answered. Although I'm not fully healed, I am happy with my results so far. Staff prepared me very well for what to expect. I highly recommend Wright Plastic Surgery. - Amanda Homan (Google Review)
I’m currently one week out from a Breast Reduction and still in the recovery/healing stages. Dr Wright has been absolutely fantastic! I was very comfortable with him and the entire processes as everything was explained thoroughly prior to surgery. I was provided every opportunity needed to ask questions along the way as well as following. Dr Wright was great with explaining expectations, very responsive and incredibly personable! I would definitely recommend! -Angela Bishop (Google Review)

Breast Implant RevisionMember Response:
If your implant is silicone, this may be covered by insurance. There are known complications of ruptured silicone implants. If your implants are saline, then this may or may not be covered. See a local board certified plastic surgeon to help you through this process. Dr. E Wright
Program with breast implants
Breast Implant RevisionMember Response:
If you have concerns related to your implants, find another board certified plastic surgeon in your area to help you through this process. Only after an examination would you be able to have a plan on further management. Dr E Wright
Breast lift during explant
Breast LiftMember Response:
Yes, a lift can be performed with an en bloc explant. As has been mentioned, this depends on your history and exam. Patients with previous lifts, smokers or multiple previous breast surgeries are all at much higher risks. As well, if on exam the skin is very thin, sub glandular implant placement or numerous scars, the risk may be too high. Doing a delayed lift following an en bloc is always the safest, though it requires two surgeries.
Is pectoral muscle release revision possible with breast augmentation revision.
Breast AugmentationMember Response:
It is unlikely that you will restore any noticeable amount of function of the pectoralis muscle. It would depend on the amount of muscle that was released 14 years ago. However, this would be difficult to answer without knowing more of your history and performing an exam. Good luck with your surgery and I hope you have improvement in your symptoms.
Breast Reduction
Breast ReductionMember Response:
Patients with large breasts that experience these symptoms can benefit from a breast reduction surgery. Having your symptoms documented by several physicians certainly helps justify moving forward with the procedure. While the majority of insurance policies to do not require a referral to see a plastic surgeon, there are still some that do. You can check with your insurance company. Otherwise, have your family doctor send a referral to a board certified plastic surgeon for a consultation to be arranged.
Removal
Breast AugmentationMember Response:
Patients that have been experiencing an array of symptoms believed to be related to their implants need to be evaluated by a plastic surgeon to discuss the surgical options available. Please know that with the en bloc implant removal technique, there is no guarantee that your symptoms will improve. Good luck with your recovery. Dr. Eric Wright
Post bilateral mastectomy recon
Breast AugmentationMember Response:
Expander removal can be performed as an outpatient procedure at any time. Expanders can be placed completely beneath the muscle, partially beneath or on top of the muscle. I would follow up with your surgery to discuss your concerns and desire to have the expanders removed. Your surgeon can discuss this process based upon your original surgery. If in the future you decide to move forward with breast reconstruction, you have several options. Good luck with your ongoing recovery.
Nipple release
Breast LiftMember Response:
Thank you for the question. Nipple inversion can be a surgical challenge. The procedure that you had sounds like a reasonable option. If the connective tissue that is causing the inversion is not released, then placement of any further tissue will not work. Once released, then either suture techniques or tissue placed can help prevent scarring or further retraction. Loss of nipple sensation is a possible risk since the small nerves could be injured at the time of the procedure. I would continue to follow up with your plastic surgeon to discuss further options.
