From pre op to post op, Dr. Sajjadian and his team have taken such great care of me. He even called me after surgery on his personal cell asking how I was. He cares that much to know how each of his patients are doing. Every follow up shows that as well. Time goes by really fast and healing wasn’t bad at all. Because I live in the epicenter of West Coast plastic surgery, I certainly had a myriad of options available to me. However, I found out about Dr. Sajjadian through extensive research and I am here to state that I was so glad I decided to choose him as my surgeon. First and foremost, he's not the kind of surgeon whose auditioning for a reality show. You're not going to find him at a hotel bar drinking one too many. He is a guy who is serious about his craft. As background information, I have been to countless parties in the "Hills" of LA and have met the supposed best and brightest in the Plastic Surgery World. Let's just say the amount of alcohol consumption by some of these surgeons was a little concerning. I was looking for something different. Personally, there are those of us out there who are young working professionals who want a doctor who is stable, serious, and can instill confidence....especially when comes to aesthetic issues. I will admit that sometimes my neurotic nature combined with my ego make me a difficult patient. However, Dr. Sajjadian listened, advised and set my nerves at ease. He went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and most of all he DELIVERED RESULTS! Simply put...he's an artist. A discerning eye for subtleties and a bed side manner that will make even the most difficult patients (such as me) comfortable with the process from beginning to end. My tip rhinoplasty was a success both physically and emotionally. (BTW The front office staff Liz and Marsiella were amazing. First contact is usually with staff and their professionalism and positivity made all the difference). In my humble opinion, if you're driving to Beverly Hills to meet with a surgeoun...turn around...you're headed in the wrong direction. Newport Beach. Dr. Sajjadian. Should be your destination.

He completely fixed my nose where I am now more confident and happy with how I look. He is very friendly and wants to make sure you receive the look you want. Everyone at the clinic is very friendly and caring as well.

I'm only a month into my recovery after tip-plasty but so far I am pleased with my results. The tip takes the longest for swelling to go down (about 1 year) but so far I am improving in swelling every day. Before my surgery, Dr. Sajjadian had me visit a few times so we could ensure we both knew what I wanted to achieve. He is realistic while also kind and genuine. He deeply cares about his patients and does not see them as simple dollar signs. I also appreciate how honest he is. You can tell he wants to ensure you feel good about yourself on the inside just as much as the outside which I believe to be a special approach to doing this kind of work. Going into surgery I was a bit nervous but it was such a relief to know I was in good hands. Before going under, I felt at ease knowing how experienced Dr. Sajjadian is and how much he cared about me and what I wanted but also what would look best on ME and what complimented my face. This is an important trait to have as a doctor because what we want in contrast to what will actually work on our particular face can differ. For example, you may want a very small narrow nose but if you go too small it may look awkward with your particular facial features. I would highly recommend Dr. Sajjadian for rhinoplasty!!!

I was not yet at my 'goal' weight so I was nervous about getting surgery but had so much loose skin that it was really necessary for me to be happy with what I had lost and gain a normal exercise routine etc. I had an extended tummy tuck with muscle repair. I am normally a shy person and when I did went there I was very shy but they were very patient with me and even with the ugly loose skin I never felt pushed or uncomfortable from the moment I got there. I didn't have many questions in the beginning, just followed every rule Dr. Sajjadian laid down. I had the surgery late December and I can't believe the difference. I actually like looking at my self in the mirror, mostly at how flat my tummy is. I still have thighs and a big butt but not everyone in LA is a size 00 and that is fine with me. I had some slow healing and had to go back to work at 3 weeks since my bills do not pay themselves and again Dr. Sajjadian and his team were very supportive and very helpful. This is when I had a ton of questions and each one was answered and with support, meaning I didn't feel like I was annoying anyone with questions. And even with the slower than usual healing for me, the scars now are getting thinner and lighter every day and my last drain came out only about a month ago. As for the office staff, Liz was my consultant or usual contact and she was so friendly and really great. People addressed me by name and made me feel really welcome, not something always seen in the LA and surrounding areas. This process has not been cheap. But if you want to have this surgery you want only the best and as they say you get what you pay for. And Dr. Sajjadian will work with you some but I would change nothing. I would rather pay a little more and get the amazing results I have now than a little less and not get the professional care and results that I got. I can even lose more weight and get to my goal weight without ruining these results. He has earned my loyalty and any future cosmetic surgeries for me and I have one or two more I want in the future and feel completely safe in both procedure and results with Dr. Sajjadian. Even my mom was won over, and she was against the surgery at first due to watching too many Botched episodes.
