ASPS/PSF Policy Repository
ASPS/PSF Policy Repository
Staff and physician leadership reviewed approximately 200 ASPS and The PSF policies that had been developed over time to ensure they continue to remain relevant. Those that did not were either sunset or were updated to reflect current business practices. The end result is this policy repository which is provided to Society members as a resource.
For ease of use, the Policy Repository is divided into business lines and program areas. Expanding the business line/program area below will reveal those policies that fall under that category, along with a brief explanation of the purpose of the policy. Please note that you will need to log in to access the policy.
The "Policy on Policies" defines the process and expectations for the creation, approval and maintenance of Policies, Procedures, Guidelines and Guidance documents across ASPS/PSF, and the authoritative impact of each. To ensure the policy repository remains up-to-date, each policy, procedure, guideline and guidance document will be reviewed every three years and each clinical guideline will be reviewed every five years for relevance, with the repository updated as appropriate. New policies will be added to the repository as they are approved by the ASPS or PSF Board of Directors.
Please direct questions about the policy repository to governance@plasticsurgery.org.
