WPS Symposium February 6-8, 2025

Program Chair: Ashley Amalfi, MD | Vice Chair: Paige Myers, MD

Please join us for the 2025 WPS Symposium in Boston! Attendees will learn from experts in breast and body contouring, facial aesthetics and practice management. This is an excellent opportunity to network, learn in a small group setting, and reconnect in person with your female plastic surgeon colleagues.

Intended Audience

This in-person activity is designed specifically for female plastic surgeons and residents interested in translating knowledge into practice to improve patient outcomes in plastic and reconstructive surgery.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this live activity, participants should be able to:

  • Approach the body contouring patient who has undergone massive weight loss and newer patients who have undergone smaller weight loss with GLP-1 medications, and how to plan for these surgeries. Watch live markings from the experts to optimize surgical outcomes and learn pearls to take back to your practice.
  • Identify complex procedural techniques, including how to incorporate innovative approaches and treatment for patient outcomes and safety.
  • Discuss aesthetic techniques and advanced approaches for improving patient outcomes.
  • Examine opportunities to diversify your practice management tactics and maximize revenue streams.

Accreditation

The American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Designation

The American Society of Plastic Surgeons designates this live activity for a maximum of TBD AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
