3 This registration category is for international trainees, residents and fellows who are enrolled in the ASPS Residents & Fellows Forum. Trainees, residents and fellows who are not currently a member of the Resident & Fellows Forum can apply now and save on registration.
4 Surgeons actively engaged in the practice of plastic or reconstructive surgery may qualify for this category. First-time attendees must provide a copy of their medical license within 10 days of registration.

Cancellations
All cancellations must be received in writing to be considered for refund. Cancellations on or before January 31, 2025, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations between February 1, 2025, and April 2, 2025, will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after April 2, 2025. All refunds are subject to a $50 processing fee.
