Program Overview
The Essentials of Leadership program will equip you with the knowledge and skills to be an effective leader. It will combine in-person and virtual sessions, featuring inspiring talks from leaders in various fields, group collaboration and social activities to provide an exciting and unforgettable educational and networking experience.

Eligibility
All members serving on ASPS or PSF committees are eligible and encouraged to apply to participate in the EOL program. Residents may apply as long as they submit a letter of recommendation from their Training Program Directors supporting their participation in the program.
Applications will be accepted from August 30, 2024, through October 4, 2024. Late applications will not be considered. Applicants will be notified by November 1, 2024, whether they have been selected to participate.
