*Contiguous U.S. ground shipping. Workbooks will not be shipped to a PO Box. ASPS is not responsible for workbooks that are lost, damaged, or deemed undeliverable.
For Coding Workshop registrations received or processed after Friday, February 14: Please be aware the printed workbook may not be shipped and/or received prior to the meeting start date of Friday, March 14.

A separate registration is required for each individual to access the live meeting website, as well as the supplemental and online educational materials. Attendees must sign in using their own PlasticSurgery.org personal credentials.
It is important to note that individuals must register as themselves using a unique account number. A physician member should register only if he/she is the intended participant. Team member attendees must create their own accounts.

Cancellations
All cancellations must be received in writing to be considered for refund. Cancellations on or before January 14, 2025, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations between January 15, 2025, and February 14, 2025, will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after February 14, 2025. All refunds are subject to a $25 processing fee.
