This educational program is not open to medical students nor NPs, PAs or RNs that are NOT employed by an ASPS Member Surgeon. All NPs, PAs and RNs must have a letter proving employment by an ASPS Member Surgeon. Letter from ASPS Member Surgeon employer required within 10 days of registration.

2 Includes RNs, PAs and NPs that are an affiliate member of ASPS. Affiliate status applications can be completed in advance of registration to secure this rate.
3 Letter of verification required if not enrolled in the ASPS Residents & Fellows Forum. Residents, Fellows and Trainees that are not currently a member of the Resident & Fellows Forum can apply now and save on registration.
4 Registrations will be accepted after May 11, 2024, only if space is still available.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be received in writing to be considered for refund. Cancellations on or before April 13, 2024, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations between April 14, 2024, and May 11, 2024, will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after May 11, 2024. All refunds are subject to a $50 processing fee.
