ASPS Social Media Awards

Established in 2023, the ASPS Social Media Awards are presented to Society members in recognition of their contributions to the specialty of plastic surgery on social media. Members are recognized in three different categories:

  • Best Use of Social Media – Educational: This award is given for an individual post that focuses on public education about plastic surgery.
  • Best Use of Social Media – Inspirational: This award is given for an individual post that highlights that inspiration and sheds a positive light on the transformative impact our specialty has on others.
  • Best Use of Social Media – Overall Representation of the Specialty: This award is given to a plastic surgeon whose social media presence demonstrates the best overall representation of the specialty.
