Using the ASPS e-Brochures to send your patients home with one or more emailed procedural brochures is a very simple process. You can send patients e-brochures via the ASPS Mobile App or via My Account on the ASPS website. The ASPS Mobile App is available on both Apple and Android devices.
In order to use the ASPS e-Brochures, you will need to have a monthly subscription or an annual subscription.
Sending e-Brochures with the ASPS Mobile App
Open the ASPS Mobile App and tap the Email Brochure option to access your e-Brochures. You will then be able to:
[1] Enter the patient's email address
[2] Verify that the patient consents to receive emails
[3] Select the procedures that the patient is interested in
[4] Include a custom message to your patient (optional)
Custom messages have a limit of 500 characters
[5] Send the e-brochures by clicking Send Brochures
If you do not already have the ASPS Mobile App, you will need to download it from either the App Store for Apple or Google Play for Android.
Once the app is installed, log in with the same ASPS credentials you use to access your account on the ASPS website.
Sending e-Brochures on the ASPS Website
Similar functionality is available on this ASPS website via your member dashboard. Start by selecting the Email Brochure option from the My Content dropdown menu. You will be taken to a new page where you will be able to:
[1] Enter the patient's email address
[2] Verify that the patient consents to receive emails
[3] Select the procedures that the patient is interested in
[4] Include a custom message to your patient (optional)

[5] Send the e-brochures by clicking Send Brochures
