The ASPS Parties may use at any time various Google products such as Remarketing with Google Analytics, Google Display Network Impression Reporting, the DoubleClick Campaign Manager integration, and Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting. You may opt out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize Google Display Network ads using Google's Ads Settings. Additionally, you may use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to avoid having your data used by Google Analytics.
The ASPS Parties will not facilitate the merger of personally identifiable information with non-personally identifiable information previously collected from Display Advertising features based on the DoubleClick cookie unless the ASPS Parties provides clear notice of, and you provide your affirmative consent to, such merger.

With whom do we share this information?
Information collected through Google Analytics is shared with Google and its partners who may combine it with other information you've provided to them or they've collected from your use of their services. This information will be stored in Google's servers in the United States of America according to their privacy practices.
Social advertising cookies are shared with Facebook and Google, according to their privacy policies. Information collected when you access to social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube will be associated with your account when you are logged into these social networks. What other technologies do we use in email marketing?
When we send you email marketing communications we employ pixel tags or web beacons for email tracking which includes clear gifs that help us better manage our email marketing communications by informing us what content is effective. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier embedded in emails and let us know, for instance, which emails have been opened by recipients.
You can always opt-out of our marketing communications by using the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of our email communications or you can contact us.
