Born with a genetic disease called Neurofibromatosis, James O'Neal has battled a tumor his entire lift that attacks his face and grows larger by the year. Though he had insurance, he wasn't able to afford reconstructive surgery until a local woman, inspired by James' courage, began reaching out to their community to donate funds for the surgery.
