repair and reconstruction of toenail bed
General ReconstructionTOENAIL. Reconstruction for Defects of GREAT TOE NAIL---Total Nail Bed and Germinal Matrix Loss with Acellular Dermal Matrix Coverage and Subsequently Skin Graft WHERE IS THIS DONE? ANY SURGEONS THAT DO THIS PROCEDURE. PLEASE DIRECT ME. I WOULD BE SO APPRECIATIVE.
Procedure
Breast Implant RemovalI want to know if it is always necessary to have the large incisions to remove saline implants. Is it possible to deflate the implant than remove it through an incision around the areola.
What went wrong?
Chin SurgeryI had a chin augmentation with lipo in March of 2024. My main concern was my double chin. I expressed to my surgeon I am not happy with the look and I still have a double chin / maybe the implant is making it look that way. I also feel the implant just looks wrong from certain angles. Am I crazy or is this how I should look? My surgeon was argumentative and wont admit I have a reason to be unhappy

Full or mini TT or other options?
Tummy Tuck46 years old and recently lost 70 pounds over 10 months. I’m 5’6, 135 lbs now., and do resistance training 3 x a week. I was hopeful my skin would tighten, but the sagging isn’t pleasant. What is the least invasive procedure that will give me results that I can live with? In the final photo, I’m extending my belly to lessen the effect and would be happy with final results that look like that.
