Reservations must be received no later than October 2, 2008.
Deposit Policy
Reservations by Internet will be accepted with a credit card guarantee only.
Reservations by mail or phone will be accepted with a credit card guarantee or check deposit for one night room and tax, payable to Travel Planners, Inc.
All mailed requests and deposit checks must be received by Travel Planners, Inc. no later than September 12, 2008. After this date, a credit card is required.
Reservations and changes are subject to hotel availability.
Special Requests
You will be asked to provide room and bedding preferences when making your reservations. Hotels will assign specific room types upon check-in, based on availability.
Confirmation
If you do not receive confirmation from Travel Planners, Inc. within five days of receipt of your reservation, please call 1-800-221-3531. Review your confirmation carefully for accuracy.
Changes/Cancellations
All changes and cancellations must be made directly with Travel Planners, Inc. An acknowledgement of your change will be sent to you after requested changes have been completed.

Quick and Easy Symposium Registration
The meeting registration fee includes course materials, admission to the session, exhibits, and indicated meals. All registrants must pay the full registration fee. Partial registration is not available.
Spouses and accompanying persons who wish to attend the session must register.
Registrations can be submitted online or by facsimile, phone or mail. Confirmation will be provided upon receipt of payment.

Cancellations/Refunds
All cancellations must be received in writing to be considered for refund and are subject to a $25 processing fee. Notice of cancellation should be sent to:
