Program Support Specialist
- This person will be responsible for being the subject matter expert as it relates to our contract portfolio, diligently working with distributors to ensure contract connections, tier activations and provides contract assistance to members utilizing the group purchasing program. The Program Support Specialist also monitors contract utilization to ensure program profitability, proactively identifies new contract opportunities and manages supplier relationships.
